Sharing Photos With Friends and Family
Using the Folder Publishing feature within Secure It "e" Box, you can quickly share photos with friends and family. You can create an album for each major event that comes along.

Sending Documents Around the World
Sending documents to friends and family is simple too. Through the use of your own address book, you can send documents to any email address in the world. This means that emailing a friend that digital photo you were just talking about can be accomplished in seconds, from work or home.

TIFF to PDF Conversion
Scanned images are normally stored in TIFF format. One problem with TIFF images is that they are not searchable, making it very hard to find a certain word or phrase in a 30 page scanned document. Well, we have a fix for that. We automatically convert each TIFF document you upload to your Secure It "e" Box account into Adobe Acrobat's PDF format. You then can use Acrobat's search tools to find a word or phrase within the scanned document lightning fast.

Worldwide Access
From the office, your home, the library, even on a wireless device, your documents are only a few clicks away since you can access Secure It "e" Box from any location in the world that has an Internet connection. Simply connect to the web and login. If the computer you're using is fairly current you should be able to jump right in and access your documents immediately.

Due to performance and development reasons we only support Secure It "e" Box with the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, version 5.0 or above. Other browsers can be used with Secure It "e" Box, but only IE 5.0+ will be supported by our technical support team. This greatly reduces the number of problems that you can have and allows us to develop a more feature rich product.

Multiple Users
We designed Secure It "e" Box to be simple to use, but we built in the ability for up to five users to share one account. By setting up other users within your Secure It "e" Box storage space, you can easily share information with other family members. You can also setup private folders that only you can access. With Secure It "e" Box, you have the power of flexibility.

Log Analysis Tools
As an administrator of your account, you will have powerful logging tools that will allow you to see not only who's using your Secure It "e" Box account, but how they use it. You can also see when your users are logging in and what files they are accessing.

Multi-User Environment
